ADK9 Berkshire Intensive Dog Training Facility

I am sure you are all keen to see the kinds of mischief my unruly lot have been getting upto at ADK9 in the last week ! There has been a lot of general obedience being resolved along with a lot of play dates and new experiences to say the least! All this in such a short space of time! It is amazing what dogs can pick up when they put their minds to it ... 🤓
Remember Bear?! Well he's now gone home after his intensive week of general obedience along with his now beautiful heel work! Here he is also working on his recall with me and an added distraction of Charlie who is in for socialisation. Well done Bear! Your mummy and daddy are amazed in how calm you were at your handover! Didn't even mouth let alone jump up! Good boy! 🐕
Monty working on his socialisation with Apollo who was also in for socialisation (who left yesterday), walking superbly yet again and getting equanted. This is brilliant to see Monty! Well done!
Bear walking superbly with me yesterday and he's actually in for general obedience and heel work! Bear has done so well it is such a pleasure to walk him now as he'd used to jump up in pure excitement and mouth let alone nip! Well done Bear! It isn't long until you go home! 🐾
It was sooo chilly yesterday I I forgot my gloves 🙈 so had to put my hands on my pockets to keep warm... Monty here walking superbly (with lead around my neck). Thanks Monty 😁

Bonnie (staffy) and Elsa (English Bull terrier) had left yesterday after having had an intensive week of socialisation with other dogs! These two have come a heck of a way in their training. Before they would have most certainly have reacted to having a dog at this distance. Unfortunately for Bonnie she didn't like being in the presence of another dog and told Elsa (in their doggy language) that she didn't like the situation she was in and had sent her in to protect her! Fascinating! Well done you two! 🐾

Scooby-Doo leaves this week following his intensive training! He most certainly has come a long way with his obedience training that including being toilet trained 🤭 super proud of you! And you seem more relaxed in yourself and not as hyper as you used to be when you first came to ADK9! Your mummy will be proud of you and she cannot wait for you to be home on Saturday!
Abel & Scooby having a play this morning! They certainly had fun! Abel has certainly come a heck of a way this week and same with Scooby working on his obedience. Abel before wouldn't have been caught playing with a dog. At ADK9, it's not all about having to train and to resolve the major issues the dogs have like reactivity with other dogs being a main concern for Abel, but to get them to relax and have fun! This was beautiful to see on both parts! Well done you both and Abel now you and your family can finally enjoy your walks! 🐾😆🤭 🐕

Willow goes home today, and I think not only has she done well this week with her training but reckon that she's had a lot of fun at ADK9, and I've thoroughly enjoyed her company. You will be missed! You have come a heck of a long way , remembering the fact of how boisterous you were and didn't know your own size, you were certainly too big for your own paws when you came to ADK9! Who would have thought how calm you are now. Here she is on her last day with me having a chilled morning with me before you go home! Good luck and I'm sure your mummy will be thrilled to see you as I am to see you go all reformed!

" Hii! It's Abel here, I'm nearly at the end of my week of training .. I will let you in to a little secret to all the doggies out there however! .. if your good, you get to have moments like these that are so worth behaving for our huumans .. Well, my trainer has told me something today .. and that I that I've been such a good boy, I got the chance to chill out at the park with her !! 😆🐾🤓
