Step 3 on How to turn your knowledge into an online business...
What problem do they have? What do they really struggle with? What is making them unhappy that you could solve for them?
It needs to be something with some emotional depth...
We don't just want to look at a surface level problem, like āI don't have enough leads,ā or even a financial problem - āI don't have enough revenue.ā
But it's actually an emotional problem like,
āI feel bad about myself as a parent and a provider because I'm not earning enough of my business to look after my children.ā
That is an emotional pain. That's a big problem because you can help them in a big way by solving that problem.
And then you can actually charge higher prices because you're delivering something of real value.
Once we've done this and once we've found that big pain, it should be like a bleeding neck problem. Not something that's nice to have.
It should be something they MUST have, They absolutely have got to have it like that.
There is so much pain that they don't have this thing. That's what you need. Once you know, it can design a high ticket offer!
Here's Step 2 on how to turn your knowledge into an online business
The next step on how to sell your knowledge is to find who. Who is going to benefit from your knowledge? Who are you going to serve with your knowledge?
And this is really key. We need to know exactly who the ideal client is. We need to know who is going to be the person that you help.
Not just like anyone, not just something vague, not as a general category, but something really specific.
Think about who is the best person to benefit from your knowledge. And even if there are many people you could help, narrow down anyway.
The more narrowly you find yourself, the more you pick a niche, the more specialised you are, the higher the perceived value, the more it looks like your solution is made just for that person.
That it's the perfect fit just for this one person is for this one category. You need to really narrow yourself down as much as you can and be super clear on who you're going to serve.
I'm going to tell you all about how we can turn and how you can turn your knowledge into a successful and ultimately wildly profitable online business.
Step 1 is Identify which knowledge.. š§
You want to look for knowledge you have, where you are passionate about it, or at least interested in it. Where you to some extent enjoy using it and where you feel most confident.
Something you have that is your biggest strength. And what I suggest doing is just make a list of all your talents, all your areas of expertise, all your passions, all your hobbies, your interests.
Find which ones overlap, find which ones could be potentially useful to others as well. And then you could start to use that knowledge as the knowledge you're going to sell as an online business.

Most people have got completely wacko ideas about what kind of online business works.
Actually, the best kind of online business to start is a knowledge business!
How do we do it?
First, we identify the right knowledge, then we identify the client, and we're gonna help with that knowledge.
You research and find the person that you want to help, then you leverage...
And then, create a course. It could be just a series of videos and resources someone goes through and they learn something. It could be group coaching, and that gives you leverage and allows you to sell your knowledge at scale, and then you can grow.
That is the best business to start!

Build up a following - gain their trust by inviting them to a free live training session, you could send them recorded resources. Simply connect with them, get them involved 'til they understand how you can help them and trust that you're the right person to do it
