👏 Many congratulations to Liam, who completed his Iron Man challenge at the weekend 🏊🚴🏃
He has been training hard all year (hence very little badminton 😉) & through every heatwave ☀️🥵
He completed it in under 6 hours- awesome achievement 🥳🤩
Very well done & see you back on court again soon! 😂💪🥇🏆

Congratulations to our ladies team who, last night, completed an unbeaten season promoting them to the next division in the open league 🤗
Not just unbeaten but they finished with maximum points without losing a single end!! 🥳
Almost all of our ladies contributed by playing at least once so well done to us all 😂
Captain Nichole led from the front doing an excellent job 👏 Here's to next season!!
