Another adventure been and gone. The nerves, the plan, the moment Ayrton rearranged a man's insides. Kudos to every lad on the show. Takes guts to step in the ring and do what you do.

Came back from round 1. Made a plan. Listened, executed perfectly. Noice.

Back in the day, working 3 jobs all while trying to fight and cram in sleep where I could.

8am-3pm-workin as a TA in an SEN school.

4pm-8pm PT'S at kiatphontip (while trying to get in my own training.

9pm-3/4am-bouncer in a few bars around Leeds depending on the day.

It's hard and I learned a lot from it. Main thing I learned was...I should've sacked off the 2 jobs and just trained and did PT'S. I had cash but I wasn't happy. I could have moments of happiness when I saved and went to Thailand but my day to day life was in the gutter.

I want everyone at the gym to learn what not to do as much as they learn what to do at TSP.
