What an absolute masterclass on the pitch! Royal Boston Cricket Club secured a spectacular victory in our recent league match on Saturday, May 16, 2026. A massive shoutout to Tony, who put on a breathtaking display of power hitting and determination! He dominated the opposition’s bowling attack to score a sensational 131 runs, anchoring our innings with sheer brilliance. His blistering knock included a massive 12 sixes and 9 fours, keeping the scoreboard ticking at a relentless pace! Thanks to Tony’s explosive performance, RBCC posted a formidable total of 301/5 in 45 overs. VICTORY FOR RBCC! 🏏🔥
What a sensational performance in the Lincolnshire Premier Cricket League - Division Two South! RBCC secured a hard-fought 50-run victory against Spalding CC!
Batting first, RBCC set up a strong total of 180 runs in 31 overs. A brilliant knock of 53 runs by Ashok, supported by solid contributions from Tony (36), Aneesh (31*), and Navin (24), anchored the innings.
When it came to defending the target, our bowlers delivered a masterclass! Spalding CC were bowled out for 130 runs in 34 overs. Manoj led the attack with a sharp spell of 3/11 in 4 overs, while Sonal (2/1) and Nidheesh (2/19) provided crucial breakthroughs to seal the deal!

A brilliant, captain’s innings from Navin! He led from the front with a vital 24, steering his team through a challenging phase and building momentum for a big score. His resilience and calm demeanor in the middle inspired confidence, proving his captaincy with his batting too. Navin’s contribution was crucial in RBCC scoring 180 runs and eventually winning the match by 50 runs. His performance today was truly a captain’s knock!
