📣 WE'RE HIRING – BAR MANAGER

PSD Sports Lounge | Bootle

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of our busy sports and leisure venue.

⏰ Full-time | 40–45 hours per week
📍 Bootle, Liverpool
📈 Competitive pay with performance-based progression

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and understands that great bar management is about more than simply running a shift.

You'll be confident with:

✔️ Leading, motivating & developing a team
✔️ Rotas & staff management
✔️ Stock control, ordering & wastage
✔️ Cash handling & reconciliation
✔️ Maintaining excellent bar & cellar standards
✔️ Delivering a great customer experience
✔️ Driving sales & controlling costs
✔️ Taking real ownership of the venue

Previous bar, pub or hospitality management experience is important. A Personal Licence is desirable but not essential.

We're looking for someone with energy, high standards and a commercial mindset who wants the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business.
