We are proud to announce our partnership with Bolton Manbassadors, an organisation specialising in supporting male mental health/ physical disabilities & recovery through fitness.

Every Friday 10:30am-11:30am we hold a session welcome to all men FREE OF CHARGE, no matter your training experience or ability, each session is coach led providing full explinations and demonstrations of what you will be doing within the hour. We start every session with mobility and warm up to ensure your fully prepared for what’s to come, there is always regression/progressions or alternative movements that can be given to ensure everybody can take part no matter your circumstances.

This isn’t just about getting ‘fit’, it’s a safe environment for men to come together and build confidence, brotherhood & camaraderie through movement together 🤝🏾

1. Do you offer Pay As You Go?
Yes.

2. Where can I find you?
Albert Street Industrial Park, Albert Street, Horwich, BL6 7AP … Big Sign.

3. Do you offer open gym access?
Yes. And we offer open gym memberships or you can access open gym using any of our memberships and class packs.

4. Can I shower after I’ve trained?
Yes. We have 2 shower facilities on site.

5. What experience do I need to train at FitBox?
FitBox is accessible for anybody. Every session is written with progressions, regressions and alternatives in mind so that anyone in the room gets the most out of their workout.

6. Will there be someone to help me?
Every FitBox session is coach led to offer support for our community.

7. Do you offer Personal Training?
Yes. We offer Personal Training in our own dedicated space & 2-1 group personal training in off peak times.

8. Is the PT space private?
We have a bespoke purpose built PT facility that is private and separate to the class space.

9. Is there parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking on site available for all customers at FitBox.

10. Do you offer a free trail?
Yes, we offer a 7 day free trail that activates from your first session.
