Yesterday was my birthday, and I was genuinely touched by this lovely surprise at the club.
A huge thank you to my good friend Saeed, and especially Neda and Negar, for organising the cake and making the evening so special. ❤️🙏
Saeed couldn’t be there with us on the night, but Neda, Negar and all the kids made sure I still got a proper birthday celebration! 😄🎂
One of the best things about Taekwondo is that over time, it becomes about much more than training, kicking and competition. It’s the friendships, the people around you and the memories you build together.
