Building upon a very successful launch of Young at Heart Class Bolton, designed and run mainly for older generations and those with minimal experience with training and gym in general, I'm excited to announce the upcoming start of something very special.

Move Well, Live Well 6 Weeks Program is scheduled to start on 08.06.26. Aimed mainly at those with movement difficulties and limitations, it will include structured, progressive training delivered twice a week to develop stronger, more capable body that's fit for life.

Limited to 4 people only, to allow me to properly supervise, coach and support you, it will still incorporate that same supportive and community-driven atmosphere so many people came to fall in love with during Young at Heart Class.
