A great game this morning as we took on Astley Bridge Jaguars U12s from the Forest Section and came away with a well deserved win! 🐍

🏆 Parents Player of the Match goes to Teddy! Another outstanding performance from him bagging yet another hat-trick! ⚽⚽⚽ he has been absolutely on fire this pre-season and was brilliant out on the wing. Keep it up Teddy! 🔥

🏆 Manager’s Player of the Match goes to Webster! After holiday delays meant he didn’t get home until 6am this morning he still turned up for the game and put in a superb performance even getting himself on the scoresheet! ⚽ that is pure dedication! Well done Webster! 👌🏼

A special mention to Tiago who is currently sidelined through illness. We all wish you a speedy recovery and can’t wait to have you back out on the pitch! ❤️

What a hot one! 🥵🔥 massive credit to every single Cobra today because they all put in a huge shift in that heat to come away with a fantastic 5-2 win over Tiki Taka U12s! 💪🏼

We were missing Edith and Teddy today but everyone stepped up and played some brilliant football. The score could have been even more as we hit the bar a few times and created loads of chances but we well definitely take a 5-2 win! 🙌🏼 shoutout to Zach Shelley as well who went into net for a little while and did a great job 👏🏼

A brilliant pre-season test for the Cobras today! 🐍

The Cobras took on Horwich RMI from the Under 12 league and produced a fantastic performance. Especially in the second half they played some brilliant football and looked the better team for large spells of the game. We were unlucky not to come away with the win with the match finishing 3-3 🤝🏼

🏆 Managers Player of the Match - Zakariya�Zak had a brilliant game today playing in an attacking role on the right. He worked tirelessly up and down the wing, was defensively solid when needed and his passing was excellent throughout. A well deserved Player of the Match! 👏🏼

🏆 Parents Player of the Match - John�John put in a fantastic shift today working incredibly hard in a number of different positions. He was so unlucky not to get on the scoresheet and came so close to grabbing a last minute winner. A brilliant performance and thoroughly deserved! 🙌🏼
