🚨 British National Championships 2026 🚨

‼️ Important information - Teachers please share with your schools‼️

📌 The following age groups will dance round 3, their set dance, first, to avoid unnecessary down time and late finishes.
These age groups are;
Boys: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U15, U16, U17, U18, U20.
Girls / Ladies: U8, U16, U18, U20.
*Dancer number cards for these competitions will be available upstairs in the set dance hall.*

📌 Number cards for all other age groups will be available in the Premier Suite.

📌 There will be 100% recall in all age groups.

📌 When dancing rounds 1 & 2 in the Premier Suite all age groups will dance the heavy round first EXCEPT U6 & U7.

📌 U6, U7, U8 & U9 will dance 40 bars.
All other age groups will dance the full dance.

📌 50% of dancers in each competition will be awarded solo medals.

📌 Results will be posted on the British Nationals page at the end of each day and all results will be shown on the North West Regional Council website after the conclusion of the event.

📌 Anyone driving to the venue on Saturday needs to be aware that there will be a football match taking place in the afternoon and there could be traffic delays.
Car parking on Saturday must be in car park C. Car park A, in front of the hotel entrance, will be the Fan Zone for those attending the match. Car park C is behind the hotel, in front of Next at the opposite side of the stadium to the hotel entrance. To access car park C, turn left at the roundabout before the stadium and then turn right at the second set of traffic lights.

📌 The venue will open at 8am on Saturday and 7.30am on Sunday and Monday. Payment on the door will be cash only please.

📌 We are not allowed to bring food from outside into the venue. The food kiosk in the venue will be open from 8am – 4.30pm each day selling a variety of hot and cold food and there are food outlets in the retail park next to the stadium. Please be aware that alcohol must not be brought into the halls and security staff will check for this.
