Swim Wales Summer Nationals day 4. Rosie continued her quest at Welsh Nationals today. A great 50m heat swim gave her a final slot. Next up was the 1500 something she was looking forward to 😜. After a great start Rosie got to the 400m mark and had a cap mail function and swam 1100m with no cap. She held her nerve to finish just off PB to get her hands on her first National medal with a 🥉. After a swimdown she was ready for her 50m fly final. With a superb final swim and much better breath control she touched in 7th with a PB. Fantastic day for you well done Rosie Bolton Metro Swim Squad and Ramsbottom ASC are so pleased for you. Hard work pays off 💪.
