A short demonstration of the inside and outside leg kick.
This is used a lot in Knockdown, Muahy Tai, Goju Ryu, Kyokushinkai (and similar styles) MMA/UCF and self defence.
I would add more pics and clips but I’m unable to add more than one video at a time🤪
Our training venue is in West Sussex, UK at every Tuesday evening.

Great to be back at gym training with for 2026
Working on basic techniques on the bags to ease back into training.
