🔥 THE GOGGINS GAUNTLET 2026 — COMPLETED. 🔥
What. A. Morning.
The Goggins Gauntlet wasn’t designed to be a normal workout.
It was designed to test strength, endurance, teamwork, resilience, communication and, most importantly, the ability to keep going when things got uncomfortable.
The whole event was inspired by David Goggins and some of the incredible feats of physical performance, strength and endurance he has become known for
taking some of those ideas and turning them into a team challenge for our Lean In 60 crew.
We wanted people to experience a little bit of that “stay hard”, “40% rule” and “who’s gonna carry the boats?” mentality.
And they absolutely smashed it. 💪
Across the morning we threw just about everything at them…
🏃 Running
💪 Strength challenges
🔥 High-rep bodyweight exercises
🏋️ Carries and functional fitness
🧠 Mental challenges and problem solving
🤝 Teamwork tasks
🚣 “WHO’S GONNA CARRY THE BOATS?!”
🌊 Water-based challenges
⏱️ Races against the clock
😈 And plenty of exercises designed to make them question why they signed up in the first place 😂
But the biggest part of the Gauntlet wasn't about who was the strongest or the fittest.
It was about the TEAM.
Helping the person next to you.
Communicating when you're tired.
Encouraging someone who's struggling.
Doing your share of the work.
And finding another gear when your body is telling you that you've had enough.
There were people of different ages, abilities and fitness levels taking part, but everyone had the same goal:
KEEP MOVING. HELP YOUR TEAM. DON'T QUIT.
And that is exactly what they did.
I was genuinely so proud watching everyone push themselves, support each other, laugh, suffer 😂 and keep going right until the end.
Events like this remind me why I love what we've built with Lean In 60.
Yes, we want people to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
But it's about more than that.
It's about building confidence, resilience, friendships and a community of people who aren't afraid to challenge themselves.
You don't need to be the fittest person in the room.
You just need to be willing to turn up, give what you've got and
Lean In 60
Are you looking to substantially reduce body fat? Looking for a healthier approach to nutrition? We
Who else ever played tail tag....
Fun little warm up in to some fun little mini workouts and straight in to a big repper building the team up for a fun challenge in a few weeks called goggins Gauntlet.
Should be a hell of a day.

Last night reminded me exactly why I love doing what I do. 💙
I'm incredibly proud of every single person who took on our Team 2-Hour Marathon Challenge.
42.195 kilometres. 2 hours. Five different machines. Maximum 10km on each. Swapping every 2,000 metres.
It wasn't just about fitness—it was about character.
When the legs were burning... When the lungs were screaming... When it would have been easier to slow down or stop...
They kept going.
They encouraged each other, dug deep, embraced the discomfort and refused to quit.
That grit, determination and teamwork is something you can't teach overnight. It's built by consistently showing up, supporting each other and choosing to do hard things.
As a coach, moments like these make me incredibly proud. Watching people achieve things they never thought possible is the reason I started Lean In 60.
This group continues to prove that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things when they're surrounded by the right community.
To every single one of you—thank you for giving everything. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.
The marathon may have been 42.195km...
But the confidence, resilience and belief you've built will last far longer than those two hours.
Bring on the next challenge. 💪🔥
