To celebrate our 8th birthday we are giving away 8 free classes. That’s whole term of classes and more, worth over £60!

So how do you enter??

⭐️Post a photo of your babyballet star practising their ballet moves at home or in front of our photo station at class in the comments below.
⭐️Ask your friends and family to ‘like’ the photo.
⭐️The photo with the most likes WINS.

The competition will close at 10pm on Monday 11th March and the winner will be announced on Tuesday 12th March.

Our pilates classes are back tomorrow Wednesday 3rd January.
Classes are held every Wednesday at Felpham Methodist Church hall at 7pm and Thursdays at Middleton Jubilee Hall at 6pm.
No joining fees, no memberships, no hidden costs. Just friendly small focused classes. Pay as you go just £7.50 or a block of 6 classes for £36.

Now let's be honest online zoom sessions are so last year for some but do you know I still offer 2 zoom sessions and an option to a recorded LIVE session. For some, you may be staying distant to protect family members or just enjoy the ease of being at home. Maybe you have moved away.
Pilates Zoom runs every Tuesday at 11.15am and every Wednesday at 7pm. Online zoom is just £5 a class or get the video link for £7.50. You can access it for a whole week.

Do you know that I offer a pilates subscription via Facebook LIVE?
It's called 'At home with The Pilates Space'. I started offering this service during lock down for those who wanted to do pilates at home.
It's just £10 a month via direct debit. There's a huge library of videos to choose from & all pilates moves are modified. Most of the videos run at 20 minutes long with some longer videos uploaded recently.

A huge shout out to my Amazing Zumba Gold girls, thanks for all the giggles last week in class and online at our mince pie tasting. My ribs hurt Saturday from laughing so much.
Don't think I'm bunking off this week. I have just uploaded 2 longer videos on my 'At home with The Pilates Space' group ahead of my maternity leave.
This group is via Facebook LIVE and accessible on your device. You can watch and re watch videos anytime. It is just £10 a month. I upload to the group weekly although I'm technically on 'Christmas break'. Message me if you want to stay mobile over this holiday break & join up.

Hi gang, it's our last week of classes. The 'At home with The Pilates Space' subscription will continue to run over Christmas with a week break for Christmas week enabling me to video ahead for my maternity leave.
This weeks classes are running as normal finishing on Thursday 16th. ZOOM LIVE classes are remaining as normal too. We will be back Tuesday 4th January. All aqua sessions will run over the Christmas break as normal. Thank you for your continued love and support.
