Between them they landed 11 carp, seven for Mat and four for Graham. Mat topped the day with a cracking 22 lb 1 oz fish, while his dad was close behind with one at 19 lb 9 oz.

The other nine catches ranged from 4 lb 10 oz to 15 lb, so here are just a few highlights from a very productive father-and-son session.

One day still to go for Mat. Well done both!

Two very different catches for Andy at Chad Pool today šŸŽ£

Andy landed a 7 lb 8 oz common and this lovely 3 lb tench.

The tench has a distinctive striped tail that should make it easy to recognise in future, so Andy has given it the very fitting name Stripe.

Well done, Andy!
