A huge thank you to every team that took part in this summer's Total 7s League. Once again, it's been another fantastic competition, keeping players fit and playing competitive football throughout the off-season.

This has been our most challenging summer yet, with three Wednesday fixtures postponed due to the World Cup 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, extending the season longer than planned. It's given us plenty to learn from as we look to make next year's league even better.

A special thank you to all the captains for the hard work chasing votes, collecting subs and keeping everything organised we know lads are Hardwork

🧤 Joel Kilgallon (KillaReal)
A superb display from the stand-in KillaReal goalkeeper. Produced a number of big saves throughout the evening, but it was his leadership, communication and distribution that really stood out, giving his side the platform to take control and dominate the game.

⚡ Dec Bond (KillaReal)
A constant outlet for his team all night. Always looked to get forward, create chances and stretch the opposition, causing problems whenever he got on the ball.

💪 Jack Ashworth (Albion)
Brought relentless energy from the first whistle to the last. Added real physicality to Albion's performance and set the tone early with his aggressive and committed display.

🚀 Lewis Godley (KillaReal)
A powerful box-to-box performance packed with energy and drive. Continuously pushed KillaReal forward and seemed to be involved in almost every attacking move throughout the game.

🎯 Liam Pothecary (Blackpool South)
A standout performance from the South midfielder. Grabbed two goals and was at the heart of everything good going forward, combining creativity with quality in possession. If Blackpool South are to build a winning run, he'll be a key figure.

✨ Reece Deary (Blackpool South)
An outstanding display full of quality and composure. Took his goal brilliantly and was unfortunate not to add more to his tally after another influential performance.

⚽ Billy Dollin (Albion)
Back-to-back Team of the Week appearances for Billy, who continued his red-hot form with an incredible 9 goal haul. A clinical display that proved the difference on what was a difficult evening for Maneer Sauce.

🧤 Andy Heartwell (Maneer Sauce)
Massive performance between the sticks. Pulled off a string of top saves and played a huge part in guiding Maneer Sauce to an important 3 points.

🛡️ Dan Banks (Maneer Sauce)
An absolute rock at the back. Brought leadership, aggression and real organisation to the Maneer Sauce defence throughout the game.

🎯 Jordan Kilgallon (KillaReal)
Pure class on the ball. Every time he picked it up he looked dangerous and creative could be a key man in KillaReal’s title push this season.

⚙️ Sam Daniels (Maneer Sauce)
Non-stop energy from start to finish. Covered every blade of grass and chipped in with 2 massive goals to cap off a top display.

✨ Will Eastham (No10)
Technically excellent and always positive in possession. Constantly looked to get No10 on the front foot and on another night could’ve had several assists.

⚽ Chae Pourilli (KillaReal)
A proper striker’s performance. Sharp movement, clinical finishing and already looking like an early favourite for the Golden Boot.

💥 Toby Scammell (Albion)
A constant nuisance for defenders all game. Caused problems every time he went forward and but for some outstanding saves would’ve easily added more goals to his tally.

🧤 George Simms (GK – Golden Eagle)
Not Eagle’s usual man between the sticks, but George stepped up brilliantly. Produced some huge saves throughout the game and gave his side a real platform to build from.

🛡️ Ryan Wallace (Defender – Albion)
Classy and composed in possession, Ryan read the game superbly and never put a foot wrong. A reliable presence at the back and a key figure in Albion’s title push.

🛡️ Ross Moore (Defender – Wyre Villa)
The skipper returned with a big performance strong in the challenge and always positive on the ball. Delivered some audacious crosses and reminded everyone why he’s such a huge player for Villa.

⚙️ Reece Russell (Midfield – Bomby FC)
Showed real composure in possession and always wanted the ball. Reece kept things ticking over and added calmness to Bomby’s midfield.

💪 Jack Ash (Midfield – Albion)
Brought leadership, aggression, and energy to the side. Always looking for opportunities to get shots away and, if not for some top goalkeeping, would have had a couple of goals to his name.

🔥 Carl Purdon (Midfield – Sandyforth)
Clinical yet again Carl was a constant menace for the Bomby backline. Punished mistakes with ruthless finishing and made the difference by securing all three points for his team.

🎯 Jak Porter (Forward – Albion)
A real handful up top, Jak gave Albion strength and physicality in attack. Held the ball up superbly, brought teammates into play, and capped it off with two well taken goals

🧤 Callum Cornwell (GK)
Another assured display between the sticks. Callum made the big saves when it mattered and kept his side in the game throughout.

🛡️ Josh Bradford (Defender – Sandyforth)
Outstanding shift from Josh. Rock solid defensively, won every individual battle, and capped it off with a superb first-time finish to secure a valuable 3 points for his side.

🛡️ Oliver Payne (Defender – Sandyforth)
Cool and composed in possession, Oliver read the game brilliantly and stayed consistent throughout. A dependable performer who’s been a key figure for Sandy all season.

⚙️ Dec Bond (Midfield – Over Wyre FC)
Filling in for Over Wyre, Dec showed real technical ability. Always looked to be positive on the ball and wasn’t afraid to try ambitious passes. Unlucky to end up on the losing side.

💪 Chris Grogan (Midfield – Golden Eagle)
A clinical performance from Chris. Timed his runs forward perfectly and delivered two vital goals when his side was under pressure.

🔥 Dan Thompson (Midfield – Sandyforth)
A tidy and intelligent midfielder who keeps Sandy moving both in and out of possession. Controlled the tempo and worked hard off the ball.

🎯 Harvey Fidler (Forward – Golden Eagle)
Provided a constant outlet for Golden Eagle. Held the ball up brilliantly, linked play well, and gave the Over Wyre defence a nightmare from start to finish.

🧤 Andy Heartwell (GK – Roons Team)
Another top-drawer performance from Roons’ number one. Time and time again, Andy came up with crucial saves to keep Golden Eagle at bay. With him in goal, you’ve always got a fighting chance.

🛡️ Jacob Cheseman (Defender – Golden Eagle)
A composed and intelligent defender. Jacob not only handled his defensive duties with confidence but was constantly looking to play forward and spark attacks – a real modern centre-back.

🛡️ Scott Fletcher (Defender – The Albion)
Aggressive, committed, and first to everything. Scott continues to impress with his intensity and even grabbed himself another goal to cap off a standout performance.

⚙️ Joe Barrett (Midfielder – Golden Eagle)
The engine of the Eagle midfield. Joe was central to so much of their attacking play and continues to be a massive presence when he’s on form. A real driving force in the middle of the park.

💪 Jack Crossley (Midfield – Roons Team)
Full credit to Jack – his work rate was immense. Covered every inch of the pitch, contributed in both boxes, and gave everything for the team

🔥 Kai Smith (Midfield – Golden Eagle)
Kai caused problems all night with his pace and direct running. Roons struggled to handle him, and he was a constant outlet and attacking threat throughout the game.

🎯 Chae Pourilli (Forward – The Albion)
What more can you say? Chae continues to prove he’s one of the league’s deadliest finishers. Another hat-trick, including an outrageous volley from distance. Leave him up top – he’ll win you games.
