Private gym, just you and me. Parking available
Hi, I’m Vicki 👋🏻
I work with women right here in Bishop’s Stortford who are ready to apply a strategy to stop spinning their wheels, take action and allow them to actually see results 👊🏻
I train women of every age, stage and chapter… especially those 40+ who’ve felt intimidated by gyms, mums short on time, and anyone ready to build strength, tone up, and get into incredible shape safely.
All of it happens in my private gym in Bishop’s Stortford, fully kitted out and built especially for women. No membership, no fighting for a parking space, no queuing for equipment, zero intimidation, zero judgement.
Just a plan specifically built around your actual life, and someone who meets you exactly where you’re at.
I mean imagine this for future goals…
✅ Feeling stronger than you have in years
✅ Knowing exactly what to eat, how to train, and why
✅ Walking into any gym with total confidence
✅ Sleeping better, less bloated, more energy
✅ Looking in the mirror and actually liking what you see
✅ Feeling GOOD and ENERGISED
Just a smart, sustainable plan… built for you!

After years of coaching female clients across every background, lifestyle and starting point, this is the nutritional approach I come back to every single time for clients who are struggling with nutrition 💜
The fitness industry is full of messaging around flexible eating, intuitive eating, “have your cake and eat it”
And honestly, for the right person at the right stage, those things have their place
But for someone who is busy, new to tracking, new to understanding food, and wants real results?
Flexibility without foundation is usually why progress stalls
What I find works is starting with structure. A simple, repeatable daily plan that removes decision fatigue and builds confidence fast
From there, clients naturally start to learn food quality, portion sizes, how to build a balanced plate, how to handle social situations, how their body responds…
That education doesn’t come from being handed freedom straight away
It comes from doing the foundational work first
The clients I see with the best long term relationship with food aren’t the ones who said yes to everything
They’re the ones who learned when to say no at times
And once you have that structure and knowledge? You will never look back. You’ll always be able to manage your nutrition long term
Structure first. Always 💜
If this resonated with you, save this post and feel free to reach out if you have any questions
I’m always happy to help point you in the right direction (Link in bio) 🤗
Permission to begin 👇🏻
I spent years fighting food after the birth of my son
🤦🏼♀️ Yo-yo dieting
🤦🏼♀️ Guilt-tripping myself
🤦🏼♀️ Starting over every Monday
Healing my relationship with food didn’t happen overnight. It happened in quiet shifts I barely noticed... until one day I did!
Here are 5 signs I spotted when things started to change
☑️ I could eat one biscuit and actually stop
☑️ I ate when I was hungry (not bored, not stressed, not emotional)
☑️ Food became just food (and not a reward nor a punishment)
☑️ One off-plan meal didn’t blow the whole week anymore
☑️ I started making calm, rational decisions around food instead of reactive ones
So how did it happen? Gradually!
And honestly, education around nutrition as I progressed in my job changed everything!
I eat very simple now..
No elaborate recipes
No last-minute decisions
No grabbing convenience food because I hadn’t planned ahead
👉🏻 I swapped processed foods for single food ingredients and made easy swaps (eg, lean protein instead of fatty cuts, fibrous and complex carbs instead of simple ones)
👉🏻 I built a meal plan around foods I already ate and enjoyed, then slowly reintroduced more as my structure got stronger
👉🏻 I learnt my macronutrients (how much protein, carbs and fat my body actually needed to cut, maintain or build) and as time progressed, suddenly food felt like fuel and not the enemy
Preparation did the rest!
