Stortford Gymnastics Stortford Gymnastics is a Gymnastics Club in Bishops Stortford for children from 6 months to 11 years The club is for children and welcomes all abilities.

Stortford Gymnastics and Trampolining Club is a family-run, friendly club where you will always feel welcome. We believe every child can gain from learning fundamental movement skills, improving their body awareness and ultimately their confidence. Stortford Gymnastics is run by 2 sisters, Karen Perkins and Janine Peart who both started gymnastics at the age of 7 and have never got the sport out of their system. Having their own club is like a dream come true! They cannot wait to get into the gym - teaching the children gymnastics and instilling confidence in them to succeed. Janine says “Gymnastics has been the making of us and we really believe it can be the making of your children too”
The club follows the British Gymnastics Award Scheme where children work their way through the awards. The gym is fully equipped with a 7.5 x 10 metre floor area, a beam, A symmetric bars and various air tracks. The reception area is spacious and comfortable and is partitioned from the gym by a large glass window which is ideal for allowing parents to watch their children’s progress whilst enjoying a coffee and chatting with other parents.

Club Director Janine is one of the most selfless people you’ll ever meet, and she’s at it again — raising money for charity and going above and beyond to make a difference. 💚

This time, she’s got the whole family in tow! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Another amazing challenge, another opportunity to raise much-needed funds and inspire others along the way.

We’re so proud of you, Janine! 💚💙

This Sunday, 4 Peartys ( me, Ian , Fraser and Beth) are running Richmond Half Marathon in aid of Great Ormond Street.

Many of you will know that Karen and I had a younger sister, Lizanne Marie, who was born with Muscular Dystrophy. She was an absolute ray of sunshine, but was taken from us too soon at the age of 7. She spent many of those years with Mum at Great Ormond Street, and we would love to help provide parent and child accommodation so families can still be together through gruelling medical procedures.
More recently GOSH provide important end of life to our dear friend Albie.
This year , as Ian and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we feel blessed to have each other and our wonderful family, so decided to use this as a motivation to give something back.

Thank you into all the friends and family who have already donated, we would love to reach £3k if we can.
