Hi! I'm Suzie... I run outdoor bootcamps for ladies in Bishop's Stortford. Fun, Friendly & Supportiv If not, then it is time to do something about it.
Do you bounce out of bed, full of energy and excited about the day ahead? Let me help you get your sparkle back. I will help you get into the best shape of your life through bootcamps. My sessions are for ladies only and open to all ages, all fitness levels and all sizes! I work you hard but make sure it is fun too...learn to love fitness and learn to love you Suzie x
Bootcamps sessions are:
Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm
Wednesday 6pm-7pm
Thursday 6.30pm
Friday 9.30-10.30am

Hey Lovely Ladies
Bootcamps have been rather quiet lately.... I know it's the dark cold, wet nights :( even I'm not a massive fan of them right now!
I have to be honest with I'm just about breaking even on the rent that I'm paying to be on the land at Grange paddocks.... So I think it's time to take a break till the new year... December will be a busy month for everyone no doubt with Christmas parties and visiting family and friends and school plays! So I don't forsee numbers picking up.
I will run till the end of November.... If you want to come along till then Wednesday 30th will be the last session.
2022 has been lots of fun I hope you all understand.
