Great result for Dom this weekend who took part in the backyard Ultra 5k Bedford. Dom completed 5 laps of the 5k route achieving sub 30mins on every loop he did. There were tough conditions this weekend with the heat ☀️
A backyard ultra requires participants to complete a distance loop within a timeframe.

Great results from Outlaw Holkham 70.3 this weekend! A 15 min PB for Nick to go sub 6! And Steve completed his first tri in over 9 years! Plus marshalling duties from Vicky!
The Outlaw course can be a tough course with exposed roads and hilly gravel terrain run! Amazing weekend results 👏🏻

Another London Classics Medal achieved by Francesca! Francesca ran for charity Debra, they are a charity who are very close to her heart! It supports those with Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex which cause the skin to blister easily. Debra supported her and her son through diagnosis and she gives thanks to Debra for giving her the confidence to not let it stop what she wants to do.
To run the London marathon while managing this condition is some feat, massive congratulations to Francesca 👏🏻👏🏻

Congratulations to member Sarah who today completed the Etape Loch Ness. The sportive takes place around Loch Ness in Scotland with a distance of 106km and elevation of 900m! It’s a tough event and completes Sarah’s London Classics Medal after completing the London Marathon and Swim Serpentine! 👏🏻👏🏻

Sea swim, flat(ish) bike, flat run, and decent conditions on the day.
Knocking nearly 50 minutes off your IM70.3 Nice time is seriously impressive (and fair to say Nice is a different beast).
Great start to the season. Winter miles clearly paid off.
