Congratulations to Emma Cowper who claimed a first place age category victory at the Shoreditch half marathon on Sunday with an incredible time of 1:22:24. Emma also shattered the club’s longstanding FV35 half marathon record by nearly two minutes, surpassing Ann Cook’s impressive 29-year benchmark of 1:24:09.

Well done Emma! 💚💛

Join Bishop's Stortford Running Club for our run on Wednesday 28th October.

The Let's Lift the Curfew campaign draws attention to the safety concerns that prevent women from getting active during the darker months.

We'll be setting off from The Harvest Moon Pub at 7pm and returning afterwards for a drink and a chat. Everyone is welcome, you don't need to be member of the club to join us.

It was a beautiful sunny day in Newcastle today for the Great North Run. Well done to Jon, Grace, Ben, Claire, Paul, Jane and Sam ☀️💚💛

Well done to the BSRC team at the Round Norfolk Relay.

The relay consists of 17 stages, varying in distance, speed and terrain. Some stages take place along coastal paths, while others run across sandy beaches, with the longer-mile stages taking place in the middle of the night.

Setting off at 5 o'clock on Saturday morning from Kings Lynn, the BSRC teams baton made its way around Norfolk to return safely back to King Lynn in an amazing 28hrs and 52mins.

Fabulous work from team Green and Gold. Now, time for coffee ☕

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who took on the Takeley 10K today! 💚💛

An incredible 93 members took to the start line!

A special shout-out to our beginners, you all did so well.

And what a result for team green and gold…

🥇🥈🥉 Our ladies took 1st, 2nd and 3rd
🥈 And it was 2nd place for one of our men
