Busy weekend at Nuffield Health Bishops Stortford for me. Launching 4 of the new LES MILLS releases... Body Pump, Body Attack, Les Mills Core and Body Balance. Been working my socks off learning new choreography, but so worth it! Can't wait to share with my members. You can't beat group exercise, it's just the best!! X # # # # #

Always very humbling and heartwarming to receive positive feedback on your teaching.
