Great to be collaborating with Bishopbriggs Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic today within a clinical setting, supporting clients through physio-led Pilates-based rehabilitation.
My 1:1 work focuses on individualised assessment and movement-based progression to support longer-term functional capacity, confidence and control in movement.
Always good to work alongside fellow healthcare professionals who share a joined-up approach to supporting people in the community đ€

A little step outside my comfort zone recently đ„
Last week I had the opportunity to film a series of pre & post workout reformer routines for APPI TV⊠and I wonât lie â being in front of the camera felt very different to being in a room full of clients!
But it was such a great experience - Challenging in a completely different way.
Iâve always used the reformer alongside gym-based training in my work, so it was really nice to bring that into something more structured and share it in a different format.
Very grateful for the opportunity â and definitely a few things learned along the way!

âPilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.â
On International Pilates Day, it feels only right to acknowledge Joseph Pilates and the method he created â one that continues to support so many people in moving, feeling and living better.
One thing I love about Pilates is how it encourages you to really connect with your body â not just how you move, but also how you feel. Itâs that mind-body connection that makes it so powerful.
If you havenât already discovered Pilates, consider this your signâŠyour body will thank you đ©·
