Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome the new Associate Dancers from The Royal Ballet School to the studios for the start of their new year!

Parents and carers joined the morning session for an overview of what to expect and what’s ahead for the dancers this term.

It was lovely to welcome everyone to the studios and wish the Associate dancers a fantastic year ahead. ✨

With temperatures rising again, please remember to keep cool and stay hydrated - it’s hot out there!💧

However, there is a silver lining to the summer warmth! Warmer muscles can be more receptive to stretching, making this a wonderful time to work on flexibility and deepening your range of movement. 🩰

Take your time and always listen to your body! 🌞
