So a bit of a mixed response in regards to this weeks classes and what you’d like to do. Thank you for the response 🥰🥰
I’ve decided to keep the bouncing element 💃🏼but in between those bouncing tracks you’ll have a conditioning track (including weights/bands/balance) 🏋️♀️🧘🏼♀️so you get the chance to do a bit of both but get that rest (ish) in between ✅✅✅
Don’t forget lower options are there if doing the higher option is too much,especially while it’s warm 💛💯😊.Bring water 💦(can refill at the church too) and a towel 👍🏻
