Private Team Conditioning. 18 players. One private session.
Built around match week.
Nuneaton Town FC came to CityAthlete for a private team conditioning session in The Vault ride studio.
They had played on Tuesday, with another fixture on Saturday. The brief from the coaching staff was clear.
High tempo. Low resistance.
Get quality conditioning into the squad without putting unnecessary fatigue into their legs before the next match.
That’s the difference between making athletes tired and coaching them properly.
Strong energy from the lads throughout.
Coaches and team managers, message TEAM with your squad size and next fixture week. Team slots are limited and scheduled around member sessions.

Birmingham has the European Athletics Championships this week.
Today, a piece of it walked into CityAthlete.
Great meeting Dutch national javelin thrower Ryan Jansen and his coach Bjorn Blommerde.
We talked training, performance and the journey behind CityAthlete,
then showed them around the gym.
From competing internationally to building a training space in Birmingham, moments like this mean something.
Different events. Same foundation.
Train with structure. Manage the load. Progress with purpose.
Most gyms sell access. We coach you like an athlete.
Great meeting you both. Bjorn Blommerde Ryan Jansen

6 weeks. 3 sessions a week.
Built around their jobs, their schedule, their goal.
Last weekend Sarb,Tara, Saghar and Flis stepped onto the competition floor at the Hybrid Games, NEC Birmingham.
Sled pushes. Rope pulls. Sandbag carries.
Running on dead legs between every station.
They didn't show up hoping for the best.
They showed up prepared.
This is what we build at CityAthlete.
Competitors. People who train with a real target.
New intake now open for competition prep and semi-private coaching. Spots are limited.

I ran 100m in 10.29.
It taught me the one thing
most people in a gym get wrong.
Keep swiping.
When progress stalls, most people do more.
A sprinter can't. You get seconds to perform,
so every session has a purpose and nothing is wasted.
That's how we coach.
Busy professionals don't need more training.
They need better.
Train like an athlete. Perform like a pro.
What's actually in your way?
Time, energy or consistency?
