I have just heard the very sad news of the passing of one of Nia Aikido's past members and Instructor's.Sensei Mohammad Hanif.Sensei Hanif was with us when the Nia Aikido Club was part of the Aikido Fellowship at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham.When we left the Fellowship in 2009 he became one of our Instructors and was a valued member of our Instructors team..
On behalf of myself and the entire club we would like to send our deepest condolences to Mohammad's family and friends.

One week to go to our Summer Course....Happy to have Sensei Tony West from Shoshin Aikido/Poles worth Aikido as a guest Instructor.Also happy to announce that we will have Sensei Dominic Foster and some of our friends from The Aikido Fellowship/Fleet Aikido club coming up to join us.All are welcome regardless of grade or Association.

Last night In 36 degrees heat 🥵they took their weapons grading.No air conditioning,No windows.Stifling .🥵.So many congratulations to Danijela Vunduk, Neil Stanworth, & Sanjeev Sharma who all passed their 2nd Kyu blue belts in Aikido Weapons..Very well done to you all.👏👏👏👏👏...
