Meet our wonderful Personal Trainer Jem🙌🏻
Jem Huggins is a Personal Trainer with a focus on Pre & Post Natal Training as well as Strength & Conditioning.
She’s passionate about helping people feel like the strongest versions of themselves, whether that journey is preparation for/or recovery from childbirth, losing weight or feeling like you want to take control of your health as you reach a new stage of life.
Through a mix of strength and cardio exercises she builds a programme to fit the setting; in the Studio with a full range of functional fitness equipment, at your home or hers with a selections of dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands, or online working with what you have at home.
Her enthusiastic approach to exercise means that sessions are always fun and tailored to the needs, goals and abilities of clients. No previous experience required.

Hi I’m James
I’m a Personal Trainer that focuses on Strength & Conditioning and weight loss. I like to incorporate Boxing into your workouts to make them more interesting and fun. Whether you are training for a competition or you are involved in a team sport or simply wish to improve your fitness levels I can help.
I’m also experienced in helping people work around their physical disabilities. Certain exercises and plans can be difficult but I can help work around that and make exercise more manageable and find alternatives to help benefit your disability.
I use a range of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers or simply body weight exercises that can help improve YOU in no time.
It’s my goal to help you reach yours.
