ADDICTIVE CIRCUS ARTS ACADEMY FOR YOUTHS (age 5-14 yrs) - Sunday 12th July 2026 1pm-5pm🎪🤹🏻‍♀️ . . .

Let your little ones (and not so little ones) run away and join the circus for a day 😉 A monthly 4-hour circus class for kids age 5 to 14 that offers an incredible mix of aerial and ground skills such as trapeze, aerial silks, aerial lollipop, aerial hoop, aerial LED sphere, pole, flying pole, juggling, hula hoops, poi, slackline, spinning plates, floorwork and more (the skills will be varied each month but will always include a mix of aerial and ground skills).

A fantastic way to enhance their physical abilities, including strength, flexibility, and coordination. It also provides an excellent opportunity for emotional growth by boosting confidence and fostering friendships among the participants; a well-rounded and enriching experience for youths!

Parents are welcome to stay and watch part or the entire session if they choose or you can drop off and then collect at the end of the session.

Our circus academy is open to non-students as well as Addictive Fitness students and suitable for children age 5 to 14 yrs, all levels welcome from complete beginners to budding aerialists.

£30 per child for 4 hours of circus fun.

A day full of fun for kids age 5 to 14 yrs including aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial lollipop, static trapeze, aerial LED sphere, pole, spinning plates, poi, hula hoop, diabolo, juggling, slackline, acro and more 😊

£25 per child for 5 hours of fun, they will certainly sleep well afterwards.

Parents do not need to stay with the children on this day, unless you want to of course 😘

🎪 ADDICTIVE CIRCUS ARTS ACADEMY — FOR ADULTS (& over 12’s)🎪

🗓 Sunday 21st June 2026 | ⏰ 3PM–7PM

This session is a traditional aerial treat, lead by the incredibly talented Rhian Motion!

Get ready to soar as Rhian teaches exciting dynamic tricks on aerial straps and aerial ropes, alongside some impressive skills on the static trapeze. You'll be spinning, swinging, climbing, and flying through the air while learning from one of the very best.

The fun doesn't stop when your feet touch the ground! Between aerial adventures, you'll also have the chance to explore some circus ground skills, including Diabolo and Hula Hoop. These activities help build coordination, creativity, confidence, and, most importantly, provide lots of fun!
Expect plenty of laughter, new challenges, and loads of amazing tricks to learn and practise throughout the session.

This circus academy is open to non-students and Addictive Fitness students, suitable for ages 12 through to adults. Please note: you must be able to invert onto aerial equipment from the floor to attend.
