TEAM TRAINING | OPEN SESSION ☀️

This Summer, we’re opening up our Sunday Team Training for a limited time (July only).

Over the summer, we wanted to create an opportunity for more dancers to experience how we train and to share the culture we’ve been building at The Groove Lab.

This isn’t a regular choreography class.

You’ll be joining our actual team training, where we focus on CHOREOGRAPHY, GROOVES, CONCEPTS and CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT in a supportive but challenging environment.

Whether you’re looking to push yourself, train alongside other committed dancers, or explore what being part of our team feels like, we’d love to welcome you.
