Whatever happens when you open those results, remember that you have given it your best shot and that is all anyone can ask of you.
If you get the results you were hoping for, thatโs fantastic and you should be incredibly proud of yourself. ๐
If things donโt quite go the way you wanted, please donโt worry. It simply tells you that perhaps you need to work that little bit harder moving forward, and that is absolutely OK. Sometimes things not going to plan can be the motivation we need to push ourselves even further.
Your results today do not define you or determine what you can achieve in the future. Keep working hard, keep believing in yourself and enjoy the next chapter of your journey.

I think sometimes pushing players and taking them out of their comfort zone can be misconstrued. It is a managers/coaches responsibility to identify what the group needs to improve, in order to achieve the desired outcome.
Cookley Ladies was the first group I managed. Of course, how hard I wanted them to work was alien to them at times. A lot of disagreements throughout the season (part & parcel) but to see a group that had so much talent win the double, which was the first ever trophies they had won was amazing. I wouldnโt have changed a single thing. GREAT MEMORIES ๐ ๐
