1988 me would look at 2026 me and finally realise… we survived the things we never spoke about. 🤍
The little girl in me spent years believing she had to stay strong, stay quiet, overthink everything, and carry emotions nobody else could see.
Now I’m learning that healing is not becoming someone new.
It’s returning to the version of yourself that deserved love, safety, softness, and understanding from the very beginning.
Some people grow up carrying survival mode into adulthood without even realising it.
People pleasing. Hyper independence. Fear of rejection. Struggling to rest. Feeling emotionally exhausted while smiling through it all.
Healing begins when you stop blaming yourself for the coping mechanisms that once protected you. ✨

PCOS healing isn’t linear.
Some days with PCOS feel like you’re doing everything right… and still not seeing change.
The weight that won’t shift.
The fatigue that doesn’t match your effort.
The fertility worries you carry quietly in the background of your life.
The hair changes no one really prepares you for.
And still trying to show up in a world that tells you beauty should look a certain way.
Then there’s the advice:
“Just eat better.”
“Just exercise more.”
As if you haven’t already been trying. Consistently. Quietly. Repeatedly.
And sometimes, even in medical spaces… you don’t feel fully heard.
Not always guided through what actually works for your body.
Just general advice that doesn’t always feel personalised.
So it starts to feel like a reflection on you.
Your discipline.
Your consistency.
Your effort.
But hear this clearly:
You are not failing your body.
Your body is communicating with you.
PCOS healing is not a straight line.
It’s learning.
It’s adjusting.
It’s unlearning shame.
And coming back into understanding your body instead of fighting it.
If this feels like your story, you’re not alone.
I spend so much of my life in my head — building, planning, helping others, pushing forward…
But this?
This is where I switch off.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No noise.
Just being present.
It’s crazy how something so simple can quiet your mind in a way nothing else does.
A reminder that slowing down isn’t falling behind… it’s necessary.
And sometimes, the things that help you the most are the ones you didn’t even know you needed.
Grateful for the people who introduce you to new ways of healing 🤍
thank you for this.
Hijama isn’t a trend for me… it’s part of how I help people heal.
Because I see it every day
people carrying stress in their bodies,
feeling drained, heavy, and disconnected…
and not knowing where to start.
That’s where this comes in.
✨ Releasing built up tension
✨ Supporting circulation and recovery
✨ Creating space for your body to reset
This isn’t just about the physical marks…
it’s about how you feel after.
Lighter.
Clearer.
More in control.
And as a coach, I don’t believe in surface level healing.
We work on the mind and the body because you can’t truly move forward if your body is still holding everything in.
If you’ve been feeling:
– Stressed or overwhelmed
– Physically tense (especially neck, shoulders, back)
– Low energy or burnt out
This might be exactly what your body needs.
I’m now offering hijama sessions 🤍
DM me “HIJAMA” or click the link in my bio to book your session.
Life is not easy… but every day you have a choice: stay stuck or take one step forward.
And that one step? That’s where everything begins.
