A bit surreal for Spotlight graduate BETHANY ANTONIA to see her face plastered all over the underground advertising Series 3 of House of the Dragon where she plays Baela Targaryen.
Bethany is currently playing the lead role of Eurydice in Hadesown and I'm so excited to watch her this summer. Spotlight has had dozens and dozens of pupils and graduates appear in West End shows and UK tours, but Bethany is our first West End leading lady!

An exciting time for RAFFERTY ROUND who has been confirmed to film a popular BBC TV Drama alongside student teachers JESS BOND, CHANAIA MENGA, ANGELI SAGALA & CHANTELLE TONOLETE who were booked last week.
The quickest casting ever - casting brief sent at 5pm yesterday and all booked by 8pm! Good luck to all of you - enjoy the experience!
Our first ever ABD (ASSOCIATED BOARD OF DANCE - ABD) exam session and I cannot believe the marks! Watch until the end - A NEW SCHOOL RECORD FOR DANCE!!!
Thank you to our examiners - Joanne Sullivan (grade exams) & Leigh-Ann James (major exams) for putting all the Spotlight pupils at ease and rewarding them with such high marks, and to Colin Lang for his excellent teaching of the syllabus and preparing everybody so well.

Over the weekend our English National Ballet scholars had a wonderful treat day at the Mulryan Centre for Dance (ENB headquarters) where they participated in workshops, watched a professional company class and had a Q&A session with the ENB dancers.
We are so lucky to be an English National Ballet partner school and that Spotlight pupils get to experience such wonderful opportunities 💙🖤
A bit of a late post(!), but huge congratulations to Spotlight graduates KASEY ROBINSON & DANNI CASH who both performed at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. Kasey performed for Germany and Danni was in the Opening Number & Interval Performance - both girls looked incredible and performed beautifully. 2 Spotlighters in the same international show - how amazing!
