Meet Sandra, a Hydrohex regular at Arnold Leisure Centre in Nottingham. After facing several health challenges throughout her life and reaching a point where she struggled to walk properly, regular Hydrohex sessions in the water five times a week have completely transformed her life.
“Coming in five days a week and doing 45 minutes of movement in the water has been life-changing for me. I no longer have to take my stick or my walker everywhere — I can move independently again. I can’t imagine any other way I could have achieved the changes I’ve made.”

🚢 VUKP 2026 -risteilyn toinen päivä on käynnissä!
On hienoa olla mukana tällä inspiroivalla matkalla Suomen ja Ruotsin välillä, jonka on järjestänyt UKTY. Risteily kokoaa yhteen alan toimijoita koko Suomen uimahalli- ja kylpyläalalta vaihtamaan ideoita, luomaan kontakteja ja saamaan uusia näkökulmia.
On aina antoisaa tavata sekä asiakkaita että uusia tuttavuuksia laivalla - monia hyviä keskusteluja ja paljon uutta inspiraatiota!
Päivän maissaolopysähdyksen aikana vierailimme Solna simhallenissa (Solna stad), jota operoi Medley. Kohde on meille jo entuudestaan tuttu yhteistyömme kautta, m***a oli todella mukavaa päästä näkemään se paikan päällä yhdessä muiden osallistujien kanssa ja kuulla lisää heidän toiminnastaan.
