14 Day Challenge — Muay Thai Boxing Birmingham If you've been thinking about getting fitter, building confidence, learning a new skill or simply trying something different, now is the perfect time to start.

We are hosting an adult and junior Interclub in Birmingham on Sunday 13th September. We have 3 rings for a much faster day. weigh in at 9am, fights start 10am. Venue B44 8BS

3 more students passed their level 1 class assistant practical. Now time to move onto Level 2.

Starts at Perry barr tomorrow. Adults 8pm. Kids 4pm.

Well done to our new Level 1 class assistants. They competed the practical part of the course and will now move onto the Level 2 course. ( a couple were missing and will get their certificates later)
