🏋️♀️ 5 REASONS WHY SQUATS ARE GOOD FOR YOU

Squats work your thighs, glutes and hips, helping you build everyday strength.

Your core muscles work to help you stay stable and controlled while squatting.
💜 3. Help With Everyday Activities
Squatting is a movement we use when sitting down, standing up and picking things up.
💜 4. Improve Lower-Body Strength & Stability
Regular practice can help you feel stronger and more confident when moving around.
💜 5. Easy to Adapt to Your Fitness Level
Try chair squats if you're a beginner, or progress to deeper or repeated squats as you become stronger.
✨ NO CLASSES? NO PROBLEM!
Set yourself a little challenge this Workout Wednesday. How many comfortable, controlled squats can you do? 💪
Remember: move at your own pace, keep your movements controlled and use a chair for support if needed.
