🌟 13 YEARS OF EARLY YEARS COACHING! 🌟
13 years ago… a 22-year-old me, starting to discover what would eventually become my absolute passion. 🥹
Back then I was coaching little ones on a tennis court, but over the years I realised that what I really loved wasn’t just teaching sport.....It was Early Years.
Helping little ones learn how to move their bodies. That passion eventually led me to create Tiny Tots P.E. 🌟
I wanted to create a programme specifically for Early Years children that wasn't about being the fastest, strongest or best at sport. It was about giving every child the foundations and confidence to enjoy being active.
Now we have an amazing team of coaches and get to work with hundreds of little ones across our nurseries every week.
Sometimes you spend years wondering what your “thing” is. I feel incredibly lucky that at 22, I accidentally stumbled across mine. ❤️
13 years later and I still absolutely love what I do.
Here’s to helping even more little ones move, learn, grow and LOVE being active.

🌟 NEW TERM STARTS TODAY! 🌟
And just like that… we’re back!
We’re so excited to kick off another term of Tiny Tots P.E. and welcome back lots of familiar little faces, as well as plenty of new ones!
This term is all about moving, learning, building confidence and having LOTS of fun along the way! 🤸♀️🏃
We’ve got lots planned and can’t wait to see how much our little ones grow and develop over the coming months.
Here’s to a brilliant new term! 🌟

⛳️ Tiny Tots P.E. Team Night Out! 💜
Such a fun night swapping P.E. sessions for a bit of competitive mini golf!
And it turns out we’ve got some serious golfers on the team… with Sally and me finishing joint top of the leaderboard! 👀 We’ll definitely need a rematch to settle that one!
We had a much needed night full of laughs and it was really lovely to spend some time together away from work. We can’t wait to do it all again!

⛳️ Tiny Tots P.E. Team Social!
We’re so excited to be heading out for our first team social tonight with our newest staff member, Naailah! 🥰
And what better way for a team of slightly competitive activity leaders to spend it than… mini golf! 😂
As Tiny Tots P.E. continues to grow, it’s really important to us that we make time away from sessions to have fun together, get to know each other and build a brilliant team behind the scenes.
We’re so excited to have Naailah joining us and can’t wait for lots more team socials (and hopefully plenty more new faces!) as Tiny Tots P.E. continues to grow.
Now the important question… who’s going to be the mini golf champion? 🏆⛳️

🧠 Did you know Tiny Tots P.E. sessions help to build a child’s brain as well as their body?
Our sessions might look like lots of running, jumping, balancing, crawling and FUN… but there is so much more happening behind the scenes!
Every time a child moves in different ways, crosses their midline, balances, tracks an object or coordinates their hands and eyes, they’re developing important foundations for future learning.
These early movement experiences can support skills children will later use for things like:
✨ Reading & writing
✨ Concentration & listening
✨ Coordination & balance
✨ Body awareness
✨ Confidence and independence
It’s one of the reasons we’re so passionate about getting children active from an early age. Those simple movement experiences are helping to lay the building blocks for so many skills to come. 🧠🏃♀️
And the best bit? To them, they’re just playing and having fun! 🥰

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Jess, owner of Tiny Tots P.E., an award-winning Early Years physical activity programme.
We’ve been having so much fun bringing our FREE Wimbledon-themed events to nurseries across Sutton Coldfield that we’ve decided to continue them throughout the summer!
We still have a few spaces available and would love to visit some more local nurseries.
Our Wimbledon events are completely FREE for the nursery and include:
🎾 Tennis-themed games and activities
🏃 Lots of movement and physical activity
🏆 Wimbledon certificates for the children
🍓 Strawberries to finish
💛 A fun introduction to tennis designed especially for toddlers & preschoolers.
👩🏫 All equipment and DBS-checked coaches provided.
There's no obligation to sign up for regular sessions afterwards. We simply want to get more little ones active and get our name out there!
Parents – if you think your child's nursery would love this, please tag them below or share this post with them!
Nursery owners/managers – we'd love to hear from you! You can message me directly or book one of our remaining FREE events here:

⭐ NEW REWARD CHARTS ⭐
We’re so excited to be introducing our brand new Tiny Tots P.E. Reward Charts from September!
At Tiny Tots P.E. we’re always looking at how we can improve what we do and create an even better experience for our children, parents and the nurseries we work with. Our new reward charts are just one small part of that.
Our little ones work incredibly hard in their sessions, and we wanted to create something that allows them to see and celebrate their progress, while also giving parents a little more insight into what we’re working on each week.
Children will collect stickers as we explore different areas of physical development, including balance, agility, coordination, sending, receiving, strength, negotiating space and school-readiness skills. 🏃♀
But importantly, our reward charts aren’t about who can run the fastest, jump the furthest or get a skill right first time. They’re about having a go, trying something new, building confidence and celebrating progress – however big or small.
We’re constantly developing Tiny Tots P.E. and thinking about those little touches that can make our programme even better.
We can’t wait to see these charts start filling up in September! ⭐️
