Behind the Scenes of a Club Championship Campaign! ⛳🎥

Our member, Dan Parker, has documented and filmed his journey leading up to this year's Club Championships (Net), giving a fantastic insight into the practice, preparation, and dedication that goes into getting ready for one of the biggest competitions in the club calendar.

🎤 The King is Back! 🎤

Following the fantastic success of our last Elvis Night, we're delighted to announce the return of Kevin Paul as Elvis to Fulford Heath Golf Club!

Join us on Saturday 26th September from 7.00pm for another unforgettable evening of fantastic entertainment, great food and plenty of dancing.

📅 The sign-up sheet goes live tomorrow (Saturday 11th July) and members can reserve their place by signing up at the bar and making payment in cash.

💷 £22.50 per person, which includes a delicious Tennessee-style meal.

⚠️ Spaces are limited, and after our last Elvis Night sold out, we expect this one to do exactly the same. Don't leave it too long to secure your place!

A huge thank you to Andy Laing and everyone at Turney Groundcare for arranging the demonstration of the Jacobsen Eclipse 360 Elite greens mower and the Smithco Tournament Ultra Greens Roller.

Both machines performed brilliantly and made a real difference to the condition and presentation of our greens over Club Championship weekend. The service and support provided by Turney Groundcare throughout was first class, and we really appreciate everything they did to help make the weekend such a success.

🏆 Club Championship 2026 – Congratulations to Our Champions! 🏆

What a fantastic weekend of golf we enjoyed at the Club Championship, held over Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part over the two days. The standard of golf was exceptional, with some outstanding performances, fantastic sportsmanship and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish.

It was wonderful to see so many members and supporters around the clubhouse and the 18th green over the weekend, creating a fantastic atmosphere as the leading groups made their way home. Your support was greatly appreciated by all of the competitors.

A special thank you must go to Kim and his greenkeeping team for presenting the golf course in outstanding condition. The countless hours of hard work and dedication that go into preparing the course certainly paid off, with the course receiving many compliments throughout the weekend.

What a fantastic day for the opening round of our Club Championships! ☀️⛳

A huge thank you to every member who took part today. The course was looking superb, the weather certainly played its part, and it was great to see so many of you competing in the glorious sunshine.

Congratulations to everyone who has qualified for Round 2! Please see the tee times below for all those who have made it through.

We wish all players who have qualified for round 2 the very best of luck as they compete for one of the most prestigious honours at the club – being crowned our Men's and Ladies' Club Champion. 🏆

Members are warmly invited to come along and support the players as they battle it out for the coveted titles. The BBQ will be available from 11am and throughout the day. Members not playing are welcome to come along, enjoy the food and watch all the action.We'd also love to see you join us afterwards for the prize presentation as we celebrate this year's champions and all of the competitors.

Congratulations to Bicker Cup winners Louise Parker and Dave Baker, who lifted the trophy on Sunday 21st June. Pictured below receiving the trophy from Vice Captain Tony Denman, Louise and Dave were worthy winners with an impressive 46 points, recording five birdies between them and dovetailing beautifully throughout the round.

The runners-up, decided on countback, were Lynn and Lance Wilson, who also played superbly to finish on 40 points. It was a wonderful afternoon of golf played in beautiful conditions, followed by plenty of laughter and banter on the patio afterwards.

As we prepare for what is forecast to be a particularly hot week, we would like to remind all members to stay well hydrated whilst out on the course. Please ensure you carry plenty of fluids, wear a hat where possible, and apply sun cream before and during your round.

Drinks are available to purchase from the Pro Shop, and water fountains/taps can be found at the Halfway House, next to the 13th tee, and by the 15th green. Refreshments are also available from the Halfway House and, of course, the bar after your round!

And finally, don't forget that the England game kicks off at 9.00pm on Tuesday 23rd June and will be shown live in the clubhouse. Why not join us to cheer on the Three Lions with a drink and some great company?
