It is with deep sadness and regret that we must inform you that our beloved friend and teacher, John Currivan, died suddenly last weekend.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
There will be a book of remembrance at Linden Road Instruction Pool for those of you who may wish to share your memories of John.

Due to unforeseen circumstances today’s swimming program is cancelled.

IMPORTANT: EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY
PLEASE STAY HYDRATED
Due to the current extreme heat event, temperatures on the poolside are significantly higher than usual.
To ensure your safety and comfort, please follow these guidelines:
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: Carry a refillable water bottle and drink regularly throughout your visit, even if you do not feel thirsty.
TAKE FREQUENT BREAKS: Step away from the poolside into shaded or cooler areas frequently to manage your body temperature.
LIMIT PHYSICAL EXERTION: Be mindful of how much energy you are expending in the high heat.
MONITOR YOUR WELLBEING: If you feel dizzy, nauseous, or experience a headache, please alert a member of our team immediately.
Your safety is our priority. Please look out for yourselves and each other while enjoying the facility.
