Saheli Hub / OCF is looking for a confident, driven and community focused Youth Employment Coach & Outreach Lead to join our Youth Trailblazer Programme in East Birmingham.

💷 Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week
📍 Location: East Birmingham / community outreach
📅 Contract: Until 31 March 2027 (with potential to extend, subject to funding)

We’re looking for someone who can genuinely connect with young people, build trust, break down barriers and turn conversations into real opportunities and lasting outcomes.

If you’ve got experience in youth work, outreach, employability, mentoring, careers/IAG, coaching or community work, we’d love to hear from you.

🌟 Meet Zaheer – Our Men’s Health Coordinator at Saheli Hub!

We’re excited to welcome Zaheer to the team as our new Men’s Health Coordinator. With over 20 years’ experience supporting diverse communities across the local authority and voluntary sectors, Zaheer has helped people move into volunteering, education, training, and employment.

Zaheer is passionate about making a real difference to men’s health and wellbeing by creating opportunities that help men stay active, connected, and supported. Within Saheli, he would be taking care of various sessions with men, including cycling, walks in the park, Innerva Gym sessions, and multiple sports activities like cricket and tennis across our sites.
Outside of work, he’s a lifelong Aston Villa fan who loves sports both on and off the pitch.
We’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact he’ll make - welcome to the team, Zaheer!

At this event, you can meet the team, find out how WorkWell works, and see how we can support you to move closer to sustainable employment and better health.

There’ll be a crafts corner for children and everyone who signs up to attend will be entered into a raffle on the day.
