We are absolutely thrilled to share that our very own Angelina Oleschuk has been awarded a UK Young Dancer Theatre Commendation 2026.

The UK Young Dancer competition attracts some of the most talented young performers from across the country, and with the standard described as exceptionally high, this commendation is a remarkable achievement. Although only a small number of dancers progress to the final, Angelina’s talent, artistry, commitment and potential stood out so strongly that the creative team chose to recognise her with this special award.

Angelina continues to impress us with her dedication, work ethic and passion for dance. Opportunities such as this are earned through countless hours of training, determination and a genuine love for performing, and we could not be prouder of everything she has achieved.

This commendation is recognition of the impact she made throughout the workshop process and is a testament to the exceptional young dancer she is becoming.

Congratulations, Angelina! Your VTS family is incredibly proud of you, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds. ❤️🖤

Yesterday we were treated to an incredible display of talent at the absolutely fabulous end-of-year show from Wilkes Academy, where we were proudly supporting Betsy, Konor and Elspeth.

What a truly outstanding show from start to finish! The stage was packed with talent, energy and passion, and every performer should be immensely proud of what they achieved. We loved every minute of it.

We are incredibly proud of Betsy, Konor and Elspeth. Seeing them perform with such confidence, commitment and joy was an absolute pleasure, and watching them continue to grow and flourish as performers makes us so proud.

Watching young people develop their skills, believe in themselves and shine on stage is exactly what makes this job so rewarding. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Congratulations to everyone involved on a fantastic production! ✨ Well done Betsy, Konor and Elspeth – we couldn’t be prouder! ❤️

Tonight we were absolutely blown away by the cast of Jekyll & Hyde, especially our leading man Aidan Cooney and the supremely talented girls, Imogen and Grace.

What a powerful, captivating and majestic performance from all three, which genuinely brought tears to my eyes. Aidan, your portrayal of the principal role was nothing short of mesmerising. Your stage presence, talent and commitment shone through every moment – a true star is born.

Tez and I could not be prouder tonight. Congratulations, guys. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves & congratulations to BOA for nurturing them🌟❤️👏
