It’s funny how we see the same phenomenological shifts towards one thing, and then back the other way whilst picking up issues along the way of the meta problems too.

Maybe if we just brought all of the qualities we need up progressively overtime we wouldn’t need to solve so many issues. 🫨

Hannah Francesca Davis got her first worlds cap today. Coming off the back of an intermittent low back injury, we trained up until the meet but sadly the trust and force production just wasn’t quite there today.

Revenge arc (Hannah’s words) is already in the making, into the next one.

A future post about how we will be structuring the rebuild over the coming weeks!

The art of competing is sometimes about staying in the race, and watching others fall off.

Staying in your own lane maybe an art when others are losing their heads. Much easier said than done, but something that often rings true at many levels of competition.
