Some of the spectacular scoring kicks that helped power the USKA Fight Team to an unforgettable performance at the AFSO Cheshire Cup on 28th June 2026.

From lightning-fast head kicks to perfectly timed body kicks and precision counters, these highlights showcase the speed, timing, flexibility and accuracy that earned Team USKA an incredible 18 Gold, 5 Silver and 1 Bronze medals, along with 1st Overall Club on the tournament medal table.

Every kick scored here is the product of countless hours of technical training, repetition and dedication inside the USKA Fight Factory.

Following Master Stuart Lowe's challenge to replicate ICO Scotland's Combination of the week we asked Julia 'Golden Girl' Glowacz to step up to the plate and perform it last night at the USKA Fight Factory!

I might be bias but I think she did a great job turning in a Golden performance.

I'm keeping it International nominating ICO Ireland president Clodagh Cullen to get one of her fantastic fighters to perform and record that same combination and then tag us and somebody else in the video to step up to and continue the challenge!

Another huge step forward on the road to the 2026 ICO World Championships as over 50 Team England Squad members traveled from across the country to the USKA Fight Factory for another demanding three hour national squad training session.

Led by ICO Head England Coach Neil Kelly, this session focused on developing trigger combination counter attacks, teaching fighters to react instantly to openings before progressing onto the use of fakes, feints and distractions to create opportunities for fast, effective striking combinations.

As the World Championships draw ever closer, every session becomes more important. The emphasis is now on refining the smallest technical details that can make the difference between winning and losing at the highest level of international competition.

The day also marked the final opportunity for squad members to be measured for their official Team England fight kit before travelling to France later this year.

This short highlight reel captures just a glimpse of the intensity, commitment and professionalism shown by the squad as preparations continue in pursuit of one goal... bringing World Championship Gold back to England.
