Online Yoga Classes & Day/Weekend Yoga Retreats for busy women who need a break!

08/07/2026

🔥 Phew! I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this…but it’s HOT! 🔥

But the heat doesn’t mean you have to miss out on your favourite physical Yoga practices - there are plenty of poses that cool your body down + ground you, if you’re feeling a bit out of sorts.

Opening up through the front + sides of your body is key, if you want to cool down. Our body dumps heat from our armpits and groin, so open up those areas if you want to feel cooler!

As always though, you decide if you want to do a physical practice whilst it’s warm, there are always other ways you can take your practice off the mat without having to break a sweat!

🍾🍾🍾 CELEBRATE WITH ME 🍾🍾🍾

There’s 2 very exciting things to celebrate today!

Firstly, it’s WORLD CHOCOLATE DAY 🍫🍫🍫 which is something I celebrate most days of the week to be honest (I’ve made chocolate no bake cake this week).

And secondly, ESY IS NOW AN ACCREDITED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHOOL! ⭐️

This means that courses & trainings I run have been recognised as meeting the standards set by one of the UK’s professional accreditation organisations in things like course content, teaching methodology, assessment processes, ethics and trainee support, woohoo!

For me, getting this level of accreditation was important because I wanted to combine the highest professional standards with courses that feel warm, inclusive and genuinely supportive.

For trainees on my courses, it means they will receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, that enables them to start teaching safely and professionally, anywhere in the world and obtain appropriate insurance.

It's definitely been a huge chunk of my life these last 8 months getting to this part, but it just shows that dreams can come true when you trust yourself and put the work in!

So I hope you'll raise a class (or chocolate bar) with me in celebration of the next chapter of ESY, it wouldn't be possible without any of you 💜💜💜

😍What if this time next year… this was your reality? 😍

Without needing to suddenly become an Insta-perfect, super bendy Yoga Teacher. But because you said yes to learning, growing and sharing something that has already changed your own life.

That’s why I created Grounded Hatha.

A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for real bodies, real lives and real people.

A training where you’ll learn how to:
💜Teach breath-led, choice-based Hatha Yoga
💜Support different bodies, ages and abilities
💜Use language that empowers rather than intimidates
💜Create meaningful classes, workshops and experiences
💜Build a sustainable Yoga business that feels aligned with you

A unique part of this training is that you’ll also learn the skills behind creating and hosting Yoga Retreats and not just about this in theory. Oh no! You’ll gain hands-on experience planning and running a Retreat with real life guests in February!

Because being a Yoga Teacher in 2026 isn’t about just teaching classes, it’s about building a whole business around doing what you love & helping people with what they need.

I created this for you 💜

Grounded Hatha starts in September. Come and join the first cohort of Yoga Teachers who are ready to learn how to run a sustainable Yoga business.

Comment “GROUNDED” or send me a message if you’d like to know more.

I never thought I looked like a Yoga Teacher and that’s exactly why I became one! 🤣

I was the person putting my mat at the back of the room, hoping nobody noticed me.

But the biggest thing Yoga taught me was that it was never about looking a certain way and the world needs more Yoga Teachers who remind us of this!

That’s why I created Grounded Hatha.

A 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for people who want to teach real people, in real bodies, living real lives.

A training where you’ll learn:
💜 breath-led, choice-based teaching
💜 inclusive language and accessible practices
💜 how to support different bodies and abilities
💜 how to create meaningful classes, workshops and retreats
💜 how to build a sustainable Yoga business

This is your reminder:

You don’t have to fit the stereotype.

You just have to care.

Grounded Hatha begins September 💜 get in touch if you would like to join the first cohort!

🌞 Being a tourist for the week 🌞

I’ve had my parents visiting this week and it’s been so nice to take them round the best spots and the weather helped of course!

It reminded me of how lovely it is here 🥰🥰🥰🥰

🥰 We’re back from our summer Yoga Retreat! 🥰

A lovely weekend where we were able to Yoga outside (sometimes), eat delicious food, visit the 9 Ladies Stone Circle, learn more about Fermentation with eatnourishgo and spend time with an awesome bunch of women!

Phew!

What a wonderful group of regulars and new faces 😍

One of the biggest misconceptions about Yoga is that you have to be a bendy Wendy to do it “well”.

The women I teach aren’t usually looking to tie themselves in knots.

They’re looking for:

💜 Less stress
💜 More energy
💜 A break from what they are carrying
💜 An hour where nobody needs anything from them

The best Yoga classes leave you feeling better, not exhausted!
