We’re back tomorrow!!

Mum + Baby Yoga begins again after our summer pause

I can’t wait to welcome back familiar faces with their growing babes along with welcoming some of our pregnancy yoga mums into the Mum + Baby space, and welcome new faces into this very special community 🫶🏻

We’ll miss those of you who have moved on to your next chapter ……but it’s never really goodbye. Just see you at another YogiBirds gathering soon ✨

So ready to gather, move, rest, share and drink tea + eat biscuits together again 🫖

Best weekend everrrrr with the little (big) loves

A huge amount of heart, soul, devotion +. commitment has been poured into educating our babes in the art of having fun🤓

I believe it’s paid off🎓

They’re now impressively leading the way🕺🏻💃🏻

A serious amount of dancing, singing, laughing + being together - all happening below the full moon 🌚

+ the rain - well we all got to huddle in the tent with no phone reception 🥳 for hours + hours with tea, biscuits, chats, a lot of face paint, stories + eachother

Soon, someone will be flying the nest, someone will be spreading wings wide and some taking big leaps into the next chapter.

So to get this precious time to celebrate our growing babes who are flipping divine 🫶🏻 was truly the best gift - more cherished memories for us ♥️

Super proud mamas - hearts full + completely blessed ✨

Catching all the sweet + simple moments

A break from the usual busy stuff- stepping back from the big picture stuff

And stepping into lakes, the wild Atlantic Ocean, jumping into waterfalls, walking lanes and climbing mountains

Getting busy round kitchen tables, chatting + chatting, chopping veg, drinking tea + chatting + collecting eggs

Busy counting heads, making enough sandwiches + getting everyone to the right spot at kinda the same time

Busy having egg chucking competitions, running around fields, eating, getting soaked to the bone in water fights

Talking late, sleeping late + getting drunk on the country air, the best ginger cake, aunty Bridies trifles and cousins, so many cousins

Really busy being in it

Our family gatherings are magical ✨ really just so very special

A festival of family from the littlest to the wisest, sharing the same table + land + stories that we have gathered around + on + shared forever

I’m climbing up the generational ladder- I’m no longer one of the young ones - somewhere around the middle!

Each year that passes I appreciate what we have deeper + nothing warms my heart more than watching the freedom of the young ones whilst sitting a little closer and listening a little more intently to the elders

We are truly the rich ones - like top 1%

Very very grateful 🙏🏻

✨ A weekend of deep learning ~ through story, flesh + bone ~ amongst inspiring women ~ surrounded by wild flowers in the most divine space ✨

I had the immense privilege of training with Dr Rocio Alarcon Gallegos, learning the art of Ro-manteo (hipping) and Ro-hipping (Closing the Bones) - practices that have been held and passed through generations of women in her family for over 150 years.

It was not just the unique techniques we learnt - we were held in ancestral wisdom ~ with ceremony + story - the generosity with which Rocio shared her knowledge and lineage was a gift - deeply honoured + grateful ~ I could have sat and listened to her for days + nights✨

Huge enormous gratitude to Shirley Shirley Stump for bringing this together with your fervent energy + nourishing food - you cared for us so generously - thank you 🫶🏻

Blessed to be in community with many wonderful women for those days of learning - it always fillls my cup ✨

I’ve loved practicing + using my really special rose massages oil - thanks to my beautiful partner Nature School & Parent Village 🫶🏻 goodies from your glorious land 🌹

So much gratitude, and I cannot wait to begin weaving elements of this work into the spaces I hold for women, pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Thank you Rocio + Shirley - so many gifts 🌹♥️
