Starting your health and fitness doesnāt mean your entire week needs to revolve around training.
For many people, 3 well-structured strength sessions across the week can be a really effective place to START. The focus should be on the quality of those sessions, following a structured programme and staying consistent over time ā not simply trying to do as much as possible.
You donāt need to jump straight into training 6 days a week, hitting 10,000 steps every single day and trying to do everything perfectly from day one. Setting yourself a routine you canāt realistically maintain often leads to the same all-or-nothing cycle ā doing everything for a few weeks, burning out, stopping altogether and feeling like you need to āstart againā.
Training should complement your work, family, social life and everything else you have going on ā not compete with it.
Start with what you can realistically maintain, build from there and focus on consistency over perfection.

Summer took your routine. September is about to give it back.
Six weeks of no school run, no drop-offs, no normal timetable. If your training fell apart too, thatās not a surprise ā itās what was always going to happen.
But the school gates open again soon. So does your morning.
This is the bit most people either use, or let slip past again. Itās basically a second January ā except this oneās already on the calendar, no motivation required to manufacture it.
The mistake is waiting for āthe right timeā to restart. There isnāt a righter time than the moment your own routine hands itself back to you.
You havenāt fallen behind. Youāve just been in the school holidays. Thereās a difference ā and one of them you can do something about, starting the moment term does.
Save this for the week the school run starts again. And if you know a parent who needs the reminder too ā tag them.

Ask our members their favourite day. Theyāll all say the same thing.
Saturday.
7am Erg Bash ā 8am Small Group PT ā 9:30am Unleash.
Three sessions, and you pick what fits ā whichever one suits your goals and where youāre at that week. Because Saturday isnāt about smashing yourself. Itās about the room. The people. The chat before, the chat after, the shared āthat was hardā look halfway through.
Sweat. Connect. Set the tone for next week.
Thatās how we do Saturdays.
