Not gonna lie, this morningâs session was less ârehabâ and more excuse to talk tactics for tonight. đ
The lads turned up, we called it recovery, but really it was 45 minutes of âBellinghamâs carried this team on his backâ and âKaneâs due one tonightâ while we stretched it out.
Big respect to Bellingham and Kane though â 12 of Englandâs 13 goals at this World Cup between them. Thatâs not luck, thatâs turning up and doing the work when it matters. Sound familiar? đ
Massive game tonight. Argentina, first meeting at a World Cup since 2002, place in the final on the line. Whatever happens, weâll be watching same as you â fists clenched, hearts racing.

After 8 weeks of hard work, consistency and a lot of support from everyone involved, itâs time to celebrate what our Summer Shred community achieved.
Together, as a gym, we lost 70kg+ of body fat and gained 20kg+ of muscle massđŞ
But as youâll see throughout this post, the numbers only tell part of the story.
Over the last 8 weeks weâve watched people build routines they can actually stick to, grow in confidence, become stronger, and realise theyâre capable of far more than they first thought. Thatâs what makes challenges like this worthwhile.
A huge congratulations also goes to Team Ozzy, who took the overall win by losing the most body fat and gaining the most muscle across the 8 weeks. đ Bragging rights are officially yoursđ...
While weâve highlighted a few standout results in this post, weâre proud of every single person who got involved. Everyoneâs progress looks different, and every session, every habit and every small step forward has contributed to what has been an incredible 8 weeks.
The challenge might be over, but the habits youâve built donât have to be.

What a way to round off Summer Shredđ
After an incredible morning at the Summer Games, it was only right that we got everyone together to celebrate everything theyâve achieved over the last 8 weeks.
To every single person who committed to themselves, showed up on the days they didnât feel like it, backed their teammates, got involved in the challenges and gave Summer Shred everything they had... thank you.
This is exactly what Triple Four is all about.
Yes, weâve seen some amazing physical transformations, but weâre even prouder of the confidence thatâs grown, the friendships that have been made, and the community thatâs been built along the way.
Weâre so grateful that youâve chosen to be part of it.
Summer Shred might be over, but this isnât the end. Keep showing up, keep backing each other, and keep building on everything youâve started.

Summer Games 2026 are done and the gym has been SPLIT đĽ
8 weeks. Two teams. One mission â lose the most body fat and build the most muscle.
Team Ozzy vs Team Charlotte. Both went to war. Both showed up. Both delivered.
But there can only be one winner⌠đ
Congratulations to Team Charlotte for taking the victory today â big effort, solid work from every single one of you.
And to Team Ozzy â donât let the scoreline fool you, the results speak for themselves.
The real winner though? Every person in this gym who committed to 8 weeks of hard work, showed up consistently and came out the other side stronger than they went in. Thatâs what Triple Four is about.
