We need your help please! ππ½
Firstly, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has already donated, shared our story or sent us a kind message. We honestly feel so grateful to have such a wonderful community around us. β€οΈ
Starting a Crowdfunder was a tough decision. We absolutely don't want anyone to feel any pressure to give, but rather than sit and worry about the cost of our broken shutters, we decided to be open and reach out to our community. π«±πΌβπ«²πΏ
And a quick apology for yesterday's typo on our story π To clarify, it is our shutters that are broken, not our toiletβ¦ if you catch my drift! π½π
Our shutters are really important for keeping our studio safe and secure. Sadly, we have been vandalised twice in the past, with broken windows, π€¬ so protecting this special space is incredibly important to us. π«Άπ½
And whilst the shutters are stuck down, we can't show people into the wonderful studio that we are so proud of and love sharing with you all. π¬
If you would like to donate, any amount β however small β would mean so much. But please know there is absolutely no pressure. β
Supporting Yoga Borne by being part of our community, coming to classes, sharing our posts and simply being here also means the world to us. π
Yoga Borne's values are Compassion, Connection and Community, and we are so thankful to be part of something built together with all of you. π€

DRINK TEA FOR PKD βοΈ
September is PKD Awareness Month, and this is a cause particularly close to our hearts at Yoga Borne because our co-owner, Jay, lives with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). ππ½
Throughout September, weβre inviting our community to enjoy a cuppa and make a small donation to support the PKD Charity. π
We have a lovely tea selection, and there is a black donation box on the reception desk β just pop in your pennies when you have a cup of tea. Unfortunately, we can't take card payments for cups of tea. π€
100% of donations from our Drink Tea for PKD fundraiser throughout September will go to the PKD Charity.
And please save the date! ποΈ

At Yoga Borne, weβre proud to support multiple charities and causes throughout the year. We believe that community is about showing up for one another β and sometimes something as simple as sharing a cup of tea and a chat can help make a difference. π£οΈ
We'd love for you to get involved. π
Drink tea. Donate if you can. Save the date. Help us raise awareness. ππ½
Thank you for supporting a cause that is so personal to us. π
