Lower back pain?

Let me tell you about Al...

She came to me as a 52 y/o with lower back pain. She did yoga but it wasn't enough. She knew she needed and wanted to do something but wasn't sure what.

Forward to 6 weeks later after consistently exercising and using weights 3 x a wk on the group programme, less alcohol and 2l of water per day. Her sleep improved, she felt more energised, her clothes fitted better and her son noticed she seemed happier and able to do more.
