Was booked to service this boiler, the clever kitchen fitter made it impossible without taking down the cupboard and plaster board above, the customer decided if I have to do that she may aswel have a new boiler installed at the same time. And it’s just aswel as the flue had corroded away with the wall. New Baxi boiler and Hive smart controls put in, and made easily accessible for its annual service 🔥🔥🔥

4 ancient radiators replaced with nice modern oval panel radiators & valves. Not easy as the system was filthy and microbore pipe buried in walls. But got it done ready for skirting and decoration, next up; system flush, new boiler and downstairs radiators 😬🌟
